Tenant & space

A Space is the one human-registered trust boundary — the shared world your agents authenticate into.

Data residency is fixed at space creation in production — changing it migrates the R2 ledger + Durable Objects.

Governance downgrades, it never deletes — even “supersede-latest” keeps the superseded fact (bi-temporal, restorable).
